Sometimes, after ordering a hosting service, no email account may be created for the host by default. one of the features in the cPanel control panel is the ability to create an unlimited email account. The user can create any number of email accounts on his host. (Of course, there is a limit to the number of emails sent to prevent spam.)

How to create an Email Account in cPanel?

To create an email in cPanel, first log in to your host control panel using your username and password information.

From the EMAIL section, select the Email Accounts option.

In the new page, click on the blue + Create button.

Now you have entered the email account creation page in cPanel. if you have several different domains on your host, you must select the domain you want from the drop-down list through the domain option.

You must enter the name of the email in the email box or username. Note after @ the domain address selected for the email will be registered.
For example, if you enter the name mymail in the box and your domain is supposed to be hostyr.com. Email address is created as mymail@hostyr.com.

After specifying the email address, from the security section, we have to set our desired password for the email account in the password box. Using the Generate button, you can randomly select and set a secure password.

In the Storage Space section, you can define the space limit for this account. If you do not want to limit the space allocated to this account, select the unlimited option.

After entering the information and specifying the settings related to the email account, click on the Create Account button to create the desired account.
Now you can view and manage the account created on the Email Accounts page. to access Webmail, you can click Check Email in front of the email name.
